Stat Mobile Labs is a mobile lab company that provides in home blood draws, as well as DOT/NON DOT urine drug screens in the convenience, comfort, and safety of the patients home or office, as well as drawing at the physicians office.
Areas Serviced
We are servicing the Monument, Colorado Springs, Fountain, Pueblo West, and Pueblo areas. We are able to go outside of these areas for additional fees.
Convenience
We charge a small out of pocket convenience fee starting at $40. In certain cases, you can submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do covid testing, blood testing, Mobile lab services and more in the comfort of your own home or office.
DOT/NON DOT Drug Testing
We are certified to do all your DOT and NON DOT Drug Testing needs. All we ask is for a note from the employer that you can bring with you, or knowledge of what testing you want/need done.

We work with nationally recognized laboratories such as
Quest Diagnostics. We are continuously working to stay up to date with technology and techniques, ensuring you receive the most accurate results to help your providers diagnose and treat you and your loved ones.

We are also working with National Laboratory Labcorp, so we can make sure that we are able to cater to everyone, ensuring that we use the lab that your insurance would prefer for less out of pocket for you.
